Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to engage with customers and provide recommendations will play a key role in enhancing their visit.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Take orders from customers and provide prompt service with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Engage with guests to create a positive atmosphere, offering help and recommendations when appropriate.
- Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties, providing excellent service during these occasions.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with the food industry and food safety standards is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and making change.
- Experience in sales or promoting drink specials is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
