Job Summary:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to elevate our team! Specializing in craft cocktails and premium agave spirits, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional drinks with both speed and quality.
In our busy bar, you’ll need to keep up with high volume while delivering excellent service. If you’re skilled in crafting cocktails and ready to contribute to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Guide customer through our well rounded agave selection
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and promptly enter orders into the POS system
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area before service and cleaning up after closing
Skills:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Willingness to learn about new spirits and cocktails
Pay:
$12/hr + tips + server tipout
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
