Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. Position will involve making bread, cookies, brownies along with other pastries offered at our bakery. Creative baking and recipe development are also skills were are seeking in a candidate. We are looking for a passionate baker.
Responsibilities

Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers safely and efficiently.
Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring proper food handling practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including tools and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing offerings.

Skills

Proficient in cooking and baking techniques.
Ability to use kitchen tools effectively, including knives and measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentations.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
