Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish your own income goals that are consistent with our standards of productivity and strategize to meet those goals
Provide follow-up within 24 hours with all customers who have visited or telephoned the dealership
Promptly assist any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Demonstrate new and used vehicles that meet the customers’ needs
Attend all scheduled sales meetings
Provide follow-up with all sales and service customers that have generated a report through customer traffic management system
Provide support and knowledgeable responses to customers questions
Answer and Respond to all customer emails/ communication leads on vehicles they show interested in
Work with sales managers to assist with follow-up and appointments
Monitor customer relationship management system reports and report results to the Sales Manager, as well as provide assistance to the Sales Managers as needed
Maintain a professional appearance
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or greater
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Well spoken
Outgoing
Works well under pressure
Can handle fast pace
Multitask
Basic computer skills with software needed to perform duties

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing could include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.
