Lead with Impact: Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process, building strong relationships with both prime and subprime lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
Be the Expert: Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealership paperwork, and ensure timely submission to the accounting department.
Mentor and Inspire: Lead and coach Finance Managers within the department, helping them grow their skills and fostering positive relationships across the dealership.
Drive Results: Establish and maintain monthly income forecasts, penetration levels, and CSI scores to ensure the department consistently meets and exceeds goals.
Analyze and Report: Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to keep the dealership on track and performance-driven.
Present Solutions: Educate customers on valuable products such as service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial options that enhance their ownership experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Relationship Builder: A natural communicator who excels at developing long-term relationships and providing top-tier customer service.
Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of automotive F&I Producer experience is a must; Director-level experience is a bonus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to follow through on every detail.
Leadership and Coaching: Ability to lead by example, mentor others, and create a positive, collaborative environment within the dealership.
Professional Standards: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
