Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires expertise in various areas of nursing, including ICU, acute care, and home care settings. The Nurse Manager will play a critical role in patient assessment, staff training, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Oversee the administration of IV infusions and other medical treatments as required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on best practices in patient care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans.
Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices and incorporate them into daily operations.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Proven experience in ICU, acute care, or home care settings is essential.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and patient assessment techniques.
Experience with infant care is a plus.
Proficiency in phlebotomy and laboratory procedures preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
