Assistant Manager

Stella Nova in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for one full time assistant manager to join our team. We are located on 4716 N Western Avenue. Our ideal candidate is guest focused, positive, and always looking for opportunities to develop.

Responsibilities
*Provide excellent guest experience *Maintain a culture centered around hospitality, intentionality, and a growth mindset *Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders *Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching as needed *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place *Fulfill various administrative duties as assigned by the manager *Collaborate with manager and other leaders to set and accomplish business goals

Qualifications

*Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week. Must be able to work weekends. *Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, guest-focused restaurant *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Experience leading a team of 20+

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
