Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store management in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving store objectives.
Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and assist in developing strategies to enhance market presence.
Maintain effective communication with team members regarding promotions, products, and operational updates.

Skills

Experience in stock management and inventory control.
