The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description The Aggregate Trust Fund Unit is hiring an AIFSR to support ATF Operations. The AIFSR in ATF will be responsible for manually creating and managing preliminary cases, processing C40 forms, ensuring proper documents & ATF deposits are correct, as well as assisting with non-complex compensation payments and forms. This position will also be responsible for conducting a monthly review of investigation lists and completing the necessary PDFR and BFR forms. The AIFSR’s in ATF also work closely with NYSIF’s Actuarial and Workers Compensation Departments.

For the duration of the NY HELPS Program, this title may be filled via a non-competitive appointment, which means no examination is required but all candidates must meet the minimum qualifications of the title for which they apply. At a future date, it is expected employees hired under NY HELPS will have their non-competitive employment status converted to competitive status, without having to compete in an examination. Employees will then be afforded with all the same rights and privileges of competitive class employees of New York State.
