Who We Are: At Black Arrow Native American Jewelry & Art, we’re more than just a gallery, we’re a part of the local fabric. Since 1996, our original founder built Black Arrow on a foundation of respect for Native American and Southwest art, and we proudly carry on that tradition today. Here, you’ll find a mix of cherished classics and new, one-of-a-kind pieces crafted by both well-known and up-and-coming artists. We’re a small team dedicated to honoring our artists and sharing their stories with each person who walks through our doors. If you’re passionate about connecting art with people and value working in a supportive, close-knit environment, we’d love for you to join us.
What We’re Looking For: We’re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated Assistant Gallery Manager with a background in gallery work or retail, ideally in an art- or jewelry-related setting. You’ll need to bring strong leadership skills to support our small team, create a welcoming space for customers, and with keeping things running smoothly. Familiarity with Shopify is preferable, as it’ll help you stay on top of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. If you’re someone who enjoys setting up eye-catching displays, has a genuine love for Native American art, and can communicate that passion to others, you’ll fit right in with us. Building relationships is a big part of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who can make each visitor feel valued and at home.

What You Bring to the Table: We’re looking for an Assistant Gallery Manager who can manage our Shopify system to handle orders and inventory while providing excellent customer service. Leadership is key; you’ll help our team work together to create warm, welcoming experiences for everyone. Knowledge of Native American art and jewelry is important, too, since sharing insights about each piece will help our visitors connect with the art on a deeper level. Experience in visual merchandising is also a big plus, as our gallery’s layout and displays are a big part of what draws people in
