Position Overview: Assistant Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone new to the construction field, eager to learn the ropes in a dynamic and supportive office environment. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project management activities, collaborating closely with senior team members to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in the day-to-day management of projects, from planning through completion.
  • Support with project documentation, schedules, and tracking tasks.
  • Help coordinate resources, manage timelines, and monitor project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas to improve processes and project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience (internships or relevant education are a plus).
  • Strong interest in construction and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate eagerness to learn.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related
