- Providing tailored solutions
- Analyzing project specifications
- Preparing bids and proposals to meet revenue targets
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with project blueprints and estimating tools
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or estimating (asphalt or construction industry)
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must obtain MSHA certification (company paid)
