Seeking Call Center Reps to join our team at Bristol Windows. We are growing and looking to build a team that wants to learn and grow with us!
Requirements:
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

Seeking Call Center Reps to join our team at Bristol Windows. We are growing and looking to build a team that wants to learn and grow with us!
Requirements:
- Must be able to work all shifts 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-5:00pm Fridays, & weekends during show season.
- Ability to travel when needed! (Vehicle)
- Experience in high volume outbound, sales, telemarketing, and/ or cold calling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a super attitude are a must!
- Strong computer system navigation skills.
- Dependability is a MUST
- Setting appointments for our Estimators to demonstrate our home improvement products.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines.
- Booth set-up and attendance at Trade Shows and Events with the goal of setting appointments & building brand awareness.
- Hourly pay
- Weekly bonuses / Monthly bonuses

- PTO (after 1 year qualification)
