Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Utilize welding skills for repairs as needed and assist in building custom solutions for clients.
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in HVAC services.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a van for field service work.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Experience in field service operations, ensuring timely response to service calls.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is beneficial for certain repair tasks.
- Certification or training in HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
