Aerospace Quality Tech – reports to the Director of Quality and Safety
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Aerospace Quality Tech – reports to the Director of Quality and Safety
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all general quality department inspections utilizing the equipment provided.
- Perform all necessary documentation of inspection activities.
- Assist production personnel with departmental inspections.
- Issue, maintain, and retrieve all inspection equipment as needed by inspection and production personnel.
- Generate necessary reports regarding product inspections including final inspection reports, certificates of compliance, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Implement statistical process control tools and report as needed.
- Lead Corrective Action teams as directed by the Quality Engineer.
- Advocate and execute job duties as stated in Quality Management system.
- Manage / Maintain Calibration Control.
- In the event of lack of work or another department needing assistance, may be asked to do any of the following but not limited to: Cleaning, Gage Management, In-process inspection of ongoing production parts or other related duties in a manufacturing setting.
- 3 + years of experience.
- GED/High School Diploma.
- 2-year advanced education-in-trade (Preferred).
- Must be proficient in MS Excel.
- Proficient user of aerospace job shop ERP software.
- Experienced with GD&T.
- Proficient operating Net-Inspect.
- Proficient at equipment calibrating.
- Expert interpreting prints and flow down requirements.
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
