Admissions Nurse
Pine View Transitional Rehab is a short-term only skilled nursing facility. At only 30 all private rooms, we strive to provide as many great nurses for these patients during their stay to assure care and recovery are as wonderful as possible.
Because we are a short-term facility, we average 1-3 admissions a day. These patients need an admissions nurse to help input orders, do basic assessments, initiate care plans, start the care for the patients, input observations, assist patients and other nurses as needed.
Our admissions nurses work hard to assure that patients are set up the best way possible. While a lot of this work is done at a desk, it involves a large amount of patient care during the shift.
A knowledge of Matrix Care (curent EMAR system) is a positive, but not required.
