Part-Time Office Assistant Position Location: Clear Ad Group - Holt, MI Company: A small advertising agency and e-commerce business We’re seeking a motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to help us run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting a fast paced small business. Join us and play a key role in our daily operations. Responsibilities:
Create client and internal reports
Develop presentations for client meetings
Prepare task lists and assist with project organization.
Support general office functions and contribute to overall efficiency.
Basic Skills Required:
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point
Familiarity with Google Workspace: Docs, Drive
E-mail communications with ability to cleary articulate desired message.
Bonus Skills:
Basic understanding of advertising and marketing
Basic understanding of e-commerce, online sales / Shopify, etc.
Basic graphic design with tools like Canva
Basic understanding of Google Ads
Schedule:
20-30 hours per week, possibly more during busy times and specific projects. Some flexibility of daily schedule, no weekends or evenings.
