Casa Angelica is a home for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Duties
Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
Collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Ensure that resident rights are upheld and advocate for their needs.
Monitor the quality of care provided to residents, making adjustments as necessary.
Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive environment for all.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management within long-term care settings such as assisted living or group homes.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
Previous experience as a nurse or in a related healthcare role is highly desirable.
