Job Description: This person shall serve as a receptionist for all incoming visitors to the engineering offices in addition to providing secretarial and administrative support services to the Director of Engineering. These responsibilities include answering telephones, preparing correspondence, greeting incoming visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining computer and paper files and conducting special projects as assigned. This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering, Security, and Biomedical Services. The Administrative Assistant complies with the policies, principles and activities established by the Code of Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Program.. Essential Duties:
Maintaining appropriate compliance binders which include:
Statement of Conditions
State and/or local fire safety related inspection reports
Management plans:
Meeting Minutes
Annual Evaluations
Annual EOC Report to the Board
Help maintain appropriate files
Help with maintaining the OSHA log
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent
Preferred administrative assistant experience
Microsoft Office Suite
