Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Active driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to speak, read, and write English
- Able to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Plan and organize daily activities for the residents.
- Must be energetic to exercise, entertain, and encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities.
- Must be able to develop an activity calendar monthly and ensure a large calendar is posted in the facility as well as posting an activity calendar in each resident room monthly.
- Must be able to assist residents physically, emotionally, and cognitively with participation in activities.
- Must be able to provide 1 on 1 activities for residents who prefer not participate in group activities or may not be medically able to participate in group activities.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be organized and maintain a clean work environment.
- Must be able to follow state guidelines for compliance.
- Basic computer skills.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
