Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist

Pay Range: $24-$27 per hour, depending upon experience

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist? You’ll be:

Processing accounts payable including securing proper approvals
Filing and maintaining all AP records
Maintaining positive vendor relationships
Setting up and maintaining all vendor records in the SAP system
Processing and booking expense reports
Supporting month-end closing
Handling ordering and stocking supplies
Coordinating meetings and business lunches
Handling light front office receptionist and phone duties
Providing backup support for accounts receivable

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 2+ years of accounts payable experience
Are proficient in large ERP accounting system (SAP)
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
Are organized and detail-oriented
Have good communication skills
Possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Have flexibility and a can-do attitude
