What you will be doing:
In this role, you'll take charge of essential financial functions that keep our organization running smoothly. You'll lead the preparation of key financial statements like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, all while ensuring they meet GAAP standards. Your expertise in financial analysis will help guide important decisions, as you'll present your findings and recommendations directly to the Controller. You'll also play a crucial role in developing the annual budget, tracking financial performance, and adjusting as needed. Beyond that, you'll ensure we stay compliant with regulations, maintain strong internal controls, and support audit preparations and risk management. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to shape and improve our financial policies, aligning them with our goals and regulatory requirements to drive our success forward.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate who can work in a collaborative environment, possesses the core job class competencies listed in the minimum qualifications below and some or all of the following competencies:
  • Auditing: Knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and procedures for conducting financial and compliance, economy and efficiency, and program audits.
  • Problem Solving: Identifies and analyzes problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; generates and evaluates alternative solutions; makes recommendations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,980.00 per year
Experience:
  • GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • CPA (Preferred)
