RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty License in ND &/or MN (required upon hire, agency will reimburse all licensing fees and will pay for all continuing education and licensure renewal fees moving forward.)
- Life & Heath License in ND &/or MN (not required upon hire but desired)
- Salary plus commission/bonus
