POSITION: Lineworker 2nd shift
HOURS: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and overtime
COMPENSATION: $18.01 Hourly
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
EMPLOYMENT: Full-time
JOB SUMMARY: Works directly on production line, assessing for quality and facilitating product flow from start of line processing to packaging.
JOB DUTIES:
Work with product at various stages of production, such as separating and sorting product, grading product, and packing bagged product according to product specification.
Assist in staging work materials and maintaining organization of work area.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold; noise; humidity; moving vehicles; slippery floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must complete required safety training. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 8 hours per day. Previous food processing/manufacturing experience a plus.
