STIM Scotland Ltd is currently looking to identify a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Warehouse Coordinator at our Clydebank premises.
A high level of customer service, communication and attention to detail are required for this role.
The role’s main responsibilities will be:
· Answering calls from customers and processing orders
· Arranging order deliveries and import of goods
· Picking, conditioning and packing of goods (certain goods require forklift operation)
· Maintenance of stock control system
· Day to day receipt and logging of deliveries
· Supervising warehouse health and safety
Applicants should possess a friendly disposition and a positive can-do attitude. They must be computer literate and be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. A good working knowledge of Microsoft systems; good communication, customer service, numeracy and organisational skills are essential. A current forklift licence would be desirable, though training is available for the right candidate.
