Working as part of the Lincolnshire Heart Centre to provide admin support to the Cardiology team to deliver the trust objectives and strategy, and to support delivery of inpatient and outpatient services across United Lincolnshire Trust.

Using NHS software (Careflow) to admit, discharge and transfer patients

Prepare nursing packs for pre - assessment clinic

Filing patient notes upon discharge

General admin duties (photocopying, laminating, filing, ensuring paperwork drawers are replenished)

Responding to telephone enquiries & assisting members of the public attending the Unit for procedures

Assisting the nursing team as required
