Responsibilities;
Welcome every guest with a heartfelt gesture and provide equally genuine farewell
Deliver introduction of menu ensuring guest(s) is made aware of the ordering process
Possess in-depth F&B knowledge that can be shared with all guests to guide when ordering from menu
Correctly follow the SOP for guest experience
Confidently handle guest(s) allergy and dietary requirements following the correct procedure for order processing
Provide attentive service to guest(s) ensuring needs are met
Correctly take payment from guest(s) either card process or cash handling
Replenish cutlery & tableware depending on guest(s) needs
Clearing, Cleaning and resetting tables ready for guests arrival
Provide insightful answers to guests regarding queries about F&B offering
Communicate guest(s) needs to colleagues/Managers working as part of the FOH team
Complete ad hoc tasks that protect brand image and serve to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
Practise safe workplace standards for service of alcohol
Handle guest complaints effectively and escalate to management when required
Requirements;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Must have flexible availability working a variety of weekday and week-end shifts from morning to evening including bank holidays
Must be available to work throughout peak trade periods
