Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the meal
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and culinary practices is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
