As a Trainee Retail Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our sales team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. We’re looking for someone highly motivated, with a passion for sales and personal development. You’ll receive full training, and as you develop your skills, you'll have the chance to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Use a variety of techniques to identify and reach out to new potential clients.
• Sales Outreach: Actively engage with customers to understand their business needs, introduce our products and services, and generate interest in our offerings.
• Client Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential clients and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Sales Presentations: Work with the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, gradually taking on more responsibility in presenting yourself.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in our CRM system, keeping track of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
• Training & Development: Participate in regular sales training to continuously develop your skills, improve product knowledge, and refine sales techniques.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Pay: From £25,168.00 per year
