We are a dynamic and fast-growing company based in the heart of Glasgow, specializing in the marketing industry. We are looking to expand our Marketing team and are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Marketing Assistant to join us.
As a Trainee Marketing Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to develop key skills in both sales and marketing through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience. You will work closely with the sales team and marketing department to help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and convert potential customers into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and outreach. You’ll be responsible for identifying and interacting with potential clients in a day to day basis.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns across various channels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, providing support and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Sales Presentations: Attend meetings with senior sales staff to observe client presentations and gradually take on more responsibility for presenting our products and services.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs designed to enhance your skills in sales, marketing, and customer service. You will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals who will guide you throughout your journey.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £25,048.00 per year
