We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow or Leeds. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days per week in the office.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to develop their skills, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.

• Assist in investigating and processing insurance claims
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Learn to assess claims validity and contribute to timely settlements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support the team with exceptional customer service and assistance
