This role sits within the E-Commerce Governance and Experience team. This team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality.

Responsibilities
Manage regional key projects and drive effective project implementation from ideation to launch.
Coordinate communication and collaboration across functions within global E-commerce team, collect cross-team requirements, develop key collaboration processes and ensure processes are well guided for organizational efficiency improvement.
Ensure key meetings and reports are organized and executed with high quality, and key information is maintained and disseminated timely.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of project management, market research or business analysis experience in the e-commerce governance and experience industry.
Good critical and logical thinking. Able to manage different type of projects through comprehensive planning, risk identifying, problem solving and SOP establishment.
Excellent communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise messages and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels.
Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and management.
