ased in our Business Service Centre based in Glasgow, we deliver Finance services to Heathrow Airport, our role is critical in delivering the support functions that enable Heathrow to achieve its vision to give passengers the best airport service in the world. W
e are looking for a Service to Cash (Retail) Team Member with enthusiasm, drive, and a positive attitude to join our Finance Team. The role will require a self-starter who is numerate, analytical, investigative and who has experience in processing and reconciling large volumes of data. Ideally you will have worked within a similar transactional finance role, however for the right applicant training will be provided. This role supports the delivery of revenue management.

- orking as part of the team to processing and maintaining Retail Concessionaire accounts P
- erforming reconciliations between various systems and interface with the Retail Account managers based at Heathrow Airport support the team in Glasgow in the day to day and month end activities ensuring consistent high levels of performance P
- ro-actively engaging with the business to resolve any queries and ensure process compliance A
- ctively working with teams across the business to identify and implement process improvements R
- ecording all incoming data accurately in Heathrow systems to provide a traceable record of documents and actions E
- nsuring exceptional professional and compliance standards are maintained

- emonstrable skill in effectively interacting with stakeholders, with strong written and verbal skills and good interpersonal abilities P
- roficient in using Microsoft Office tools S
- trong ability to organise, plan, and work according to priorities and deadlines A
- bility to handle large amounts of data with precision and care. A
- desire to show initiative and be able to work as part of a team and on their own I

our contractual place of work will be Heathrow Business Support Centre in Glasgow or Heathrow in London. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to work.
