Summary
The children, staff and Governors at Baines Endowed Voluntary Controlled Primary School are now seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and nurturing Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work as part of our Early Years Team, supporting the children's learning as well as developing excellent relationships with all stakeholders. We have high expectations and are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and who wants the children to achieve their full potential. We have a talented and committed team who are passionate about supporting and developing the 'whole child' while providing the a learning opportunities that meet all needs. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:-

Has a caring and nurturing approach with children.

Is able to support children within the classroom delivering interventions.

Is able to work as part of a strong team.

Is able to use their initiative.

Is able to support the class teacher.
- Is able to undertake activities and assist in monitoring the personal social and emotional needs of pupils.

Is able to develop positive relationships with pupils to assist pupil progress and attainment.

Is able to adapt learning to ensure it suits the needs of the pupils.
