The nature of the Tax Compliance Academy means that we cannot support working from home in the initial stages. We promote flexibility and inclusion and are open to discussions about individual circumstances that may make this challenging.

This role is for you if:
  • You’re quick to adapt and can easily adjust to new environments
  • You can take ownership of your own personal development

  • You can build strong relationships quickly and adapt your communication style for different situations and audiences
  • You have strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • You have experience using platforms such as Excel, Word, or equivalent software / systems
  • Computer proficiency - Including experience using Excel, Word, or equivalent software/systems.

No previous Tax experience or qualifications are required to apply for the Tax Compliance Academy. We’re looking for individuals who have developed relevant skills through previous work experience - which may or may not be in a professional services setting.
