This is an exciting newly created role in our customer supply chain team you will be responsible for ensuring that stock is managed, rotated, and reconciled in a timely manner in our ERP system.
You will be great at:

Data accuracy updating our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) and Power Point
Sound communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of import/export procedures (desirable

You'll be responsible for:

Process and resolution of any Inventory errors
Investigating any stock discrepancies
Processing Customer returns
Weekly stock graphs & reporting
Investigation and reporting of stock reconciliation

You'll know:

ERP Knowledge – AX Microsoft Dynamics, BI
Strong understanding of physical transactions in EDI, ERP system and P&L postings

You'll be:

Team player willing to assist colleagues.
Self-starter with effective task management skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
A valid driving license holder
