We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our busy Stock Team based at our state of the art head office in Eurocentral. The role of the Stock Administrator is to ensure the stock bought by buyers is recorded on the system, all invoices are obtained, and stock is onsite. For this role we are looking for someone who has a strong administration background, excellent organisation skills and attention detail.
What you will be doing:

Responsible for contributing to the management of the vehicle stock purchases
Liaising with buyers to ensure all correct paperwork on the purchasing app
Arrange transport for all vehicles purchased where delivery has not been included. This would involve liaising with traders/private guests and the buyers
Stocking vehicle into kerridge system and ensuring accuracy of the data
Process all payments within a timely manner to ensure we receive all vehicles as quickly as possible.
Ensure no vehicles are paid for until the day of collection whist driver on site and after appraisal
Run purchase sheet each morning and chase any outstanding purchases that have not arrived yet, red alerting any that are overdue
Ensure an NMR Investigation is raised for any vehicle with a mileage discrepancy. This must be resolved before payment is made

Key Skills:

Automotive admin experience is highly advantageous
Excellent administration skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a high pressured role
Competent IT skills
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail
