We are opening our first Student Accommodation property in St Andrews consisting of high-end studios and apartments. The Role:
As Sales Lettings Coordinator, your role will include:

• Manage the sales process end to end.
• Manage marketing of accommodation via portals and agent’s listings/websites.
• Conducting own viewings and carrying out property inspections.
• Convert prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Plan and organise daily activities to maximise the time to achieve targeted booking numbers.
• Handling the on boarding process of the clients along with maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Handling objections and providing satisfactory after sales service.
• Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos.
• Creating adverts, whether this be on Student Crowd, Instagram, Facebook fully utilising social media.
• Working closely with the Marketing Department to produce ideas to help build the brand.
• Weekend and evening work will be required.

You will require:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar role.
• Influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Word/Excel and Microsoft competent.
• Internet and Web confident.
• Good organisational skills.
• Must live in the Fife area as the role is based in St Andrews.

SPACE student accommodation in St Andrews is due to open in September 2024 comprising of both Studios and shared apartments exclusively designed with students in mind.
The concept behind SPACE is to develop student accommodation that does not only provide a contemporary and design-led home for students who attend the University of St Andrews but also provides an inclusive environment where every aspect of student life is catered for.
We believe that students need more than a room to call home and therefore we are developing a property that has shared communal spaces that will offer all students a place to go to socialise in the communal social hub, study within the library, and study pod, entertain friends within a private kitchen dining room or and keep fit and active in the gym or recreational hall.
The guiding principles of SPACE are to put our students front and centre of all decisions at every stage of the development from creating contemporary, sustainable apartments and studios to delivering vast social spaces that add value to the students who stay in SPACE. We also believe that by focusing on the provision of an inclusive events program which will include activities linked to Health, wellbeing, and social interaction both within the student community and the wider residential community we will provide a home that will offer far more than just a place to rest.
