Role Overview:
As a Skilled Labourer you will assist in completing all required tasks on our Bathrooms and Kitchens scheme for social housing in the Fermanagh area.

Reports to: Site Supervisor
Direct Reports: N/A
Working Hours:
– Monday – Friday
– 7AM – 4.30PM
– Monday – Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:
– Assist with the removal and installation of kitchens and bathrooms including:
o Removal of fixtures and fittings
o Removal of tiling and floors
o Removal of wall coverings and preparing walls for new coverings
o Ensuring all debris and old materials and waste are safely removed from site
– Work with other trades to ensure timely completion of projects
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
– Other tasks as deemed necessary by management

Essential Criteria:

– Experience working in a similar work environment
– Must have Full Driving Licence
– Must have Full Driving Licence
– Hold a suitable trade qualification
– Experience working on social housing schemes
