Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and install structures using steel or wood materials
- Work on projects such as platforms, walkways, staircases, handrails, and custom structures
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements
- Operate a variety of power tools and machinery related to steel or wood fabrication
- Ensure high-quality finishes and precise workmanship on all projects
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with the team and take direction from supervisors
- 3+ years of experience working with steel or wood in a fabrication or construction environment
- Competence in reading technical drawings and calculating accurate dimensions
- Proven experience using power tools and other specialized equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
