Role Overview:
As a Skilled Labourer you will assist in completing all required tasks on our Bathrooms and Kitchens scheme for social housing in the Fermanagh area
Reports to: Site Supervisor
Working Hours:
· Monday – Friday
· 7.00am - 4.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the removal and installation of kitchens and bathrooms including:
o Removal of fixtures and fittings
o Removal of tiling and floors
o Removal of wall coverings and preparing walls for new coverings
o Ensuring all debris and old materials and waste are safely removed from site
- Work with other trades to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Other tasks as deemed necessary by management
Personnel Specification
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working in a similar work environment
- Must have Full Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Hold a suitable trade qualification
- Experience working on social housing schemes
