What you'll be doing
When it comes to developing our people, our project management team are award winning. Joining the team as a Site Supervisor, you'll get to:
Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of skilled operatives, subcontractors and other construction experts
Take responsibility for particular activities or sections of civil engineering projects
Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality
Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors

Review Method Statements and Risk Assessments and makes improvements as appropriate
Carries out field audits and confirms the sufficiency of control documentation
Produce scheme programmes then deliver to the programme, measuring progress and productivity outputs.
Who we're looking for
To make a real impact as a Site Supervisor with us, you'll need:
Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
The ability to read technical drawings and information
To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
Experience of managing civil engineering projects.
