Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Brazilian Server to join our team in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Clear tables and maintain a tidy dining area
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Familiarity with basic maths for processing orders
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Culinary knowledge or interest is advantageous
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
