*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.
*Duties*
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills for calculations.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure that all utensils and tableware are properly organised.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
