• Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage inventory and maintain an orderly store environment.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential for success in this role.
• Time management skills are crucial for balancing customer service duties with operational tasks throughout your shift.
