Responsibilities:
- Operate register to process credit card and cash payments.
- Open and close store.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Speak clearly, listen attentively, and respond appropriately to customers' questions and concerns.
- Follow all company policies and procedures relating to sales goals.,.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Decipher difficult customer orders and respond with positive suggestions for alternatives.
- **The role requires keyholder duties, applicants must be 18+**
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in merchandising and upselling
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Prior retail sales experience is a plus
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
