We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their shopping experience. You will play a vital role in promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to meet customer needs.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
Training will be provided to permit store opening and closing.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. Shift pattern includes 7am to 4pm and 4pm to 11pm
