This purpose-built hotel is situated close to Nottingham Castle, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Victoria Shopping Centre and the Nottingham City business district, making it the ideal location for accessibility. The Britannia Nottingham is a 166-bedroomed hotel with facilities including an on-suite bar and restaurant, as well as 10 conference rooms catering for up to 350 delegates. Your main duties will include:
- Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
- Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell.
- Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events.
- Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
- As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too keeping all areas in top condition.
