Britannia Hotels are looking for An Outgoing Retail Assistant to work in the Golf Course Department. You will be based at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club, housed within a stately 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an impressive on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar.
Sprowston Manor Golf Club features USGA specification greens and over 70 strategically placed bunkers. With large greens and the ability to play from numerous tees, Sprowston Manor provides a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Your main duties will include:

Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all members and visitors at the golf club.
Assist with various enquiries both over the phone and in person.
Communicate with customers and members and assist with any enquiries about the golf course and products.

The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable and will have excellent customer service skills. A knowledge of golf is beneficial but not essential.
