Competitive Salary: Start at £24,912, with the potential to earn up to £28,032 based on 5 sleep-in shifts per month. Sleep-in shifts are paid at £52 per shift.

Your Responsibilities:

Child-Centered Care: Provide confident, compassionate support to our young people, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of care.
Teamwork: Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people, working collaboratively with your team.
Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support young people and liaise with your team.
Driving: Hold a full manual driver’s license, essential for the role.
Empathy and Integrity: Exhibit high levels of empathy and integrity in all aspects of your work.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old, as all colleagues must be at least three years older than our oldest young person.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a support work environment, with a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
Qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) is preferred.
Up-to-Date DBS: While an up-to-date DBS on the Update Service is preferred, we can apply and pay for an updated version on your behalf.
